He's an illustrator from Seattle, and does some really cool character based paintings.
Here are a few screen grabs I got from his blog.

Eric Tan

I'm actually looking for some cool posters for my apartment, and I came across a bunch of cool Pixar posters that were made by this artist called Eric Tan. He's done several posters that seem inspired by old travel posters and also the old Disney World rides. I really love his style.

The one poster I would love to get my hands on is the one, but it's not on sale. It was given at comic con, but I couldn't go. :(

vintage posters

For the first post, I'm going to post a collection of vintage posters I came across when I was browsing the internet. Throughout the recent years of come to really appreciate the style from the mid century, especially through my friend Gail. She's very knowledgeable of illustrators of that time period. Sometime later I'll post images from those artists.
